Tier 1
Utilising fundamental techniques to achieve tidy results in minimal time.
Airbrushing, drybrushing, contrast paints, washes.
Some or all of the above in concert can create effective schemes at a modest price point.
Tier 2
Using Tier 1 techniques as a foundation but with added layers and edge highlighting.
Tier 3
The fancy stuff.
Non Metallic Metals (NMM) or True Metallic Metals (TMM), atmospheric and object source lighting, carefully blended colour transitions and considered brush strokes for textures.
